Peruvian Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law, and its regulations grant you rights over the personal data that UNIBELL S.A.C. processes. These rights are personal and may only be exercised by the data subject or by their duly accredited legal representative.
What are your rights?
- Access: know which of your data we process, how it was obtained, for what purpose and to whom it has been transferred.
- Rectification: update, add or correct your data when it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Cancellation: request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or the processing period has expired.
- Opposition: object to the processing of your data when there are well-founded and legitimate reasons related to your personal situation, unless the law provides otherwise.
You also have the right to be informed about the processing of your data and to prevent it from being provided to third parties.
How to submit your request
- Download and complete the ARCO rights request form (in Spanish).
- Send it to arco@unibell.com.pe or deliver it to our address: Jirón General Felipe Varela No. 352, district of Breña, Lima, Peru.
Your request must include:
- Full name of the data subject and a copy of their identity document; where applicable, those of their legal representative and the document proving representation.
- The specific request being made.
- A postal or e-mail address to receive notifications.
- Date and signature of the applicant.
- Any supporting documents, if applicable.
Response time
We will answer your request within the maximum periods established by Peruvian personal data protection regulations for each type of right, unless we need additional information to handle it properly.
If you believe your request was not properly addressed, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for Personal Data Protection of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Peru.
